Requirements of the role
- Proven experience as a Sales Training Specialist or similar role in a global information and communications technology company.
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- A degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the retail sales team.
- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Develop training materials such as manuals, visual aids, and online learning modules.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
