Base Salary: PHP 70,000 - 80,000.00
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of patient call representatives handling various medical concerns.
- Perform assessments and provide advice, ensuring team adherence to quality standards.
- Direct patients to appropriate healthcare providers and ensure follow-up care as needed.
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to standards, documenting patient information, and managing prescription refills.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, resolve patient issues, and make sound decisions in urgent situations.
Requirements of the role:
- NCLEX-RN Certified with 3-5 years of recent Telephone Triage or Call Center experience; Illinois RN preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (e.g., physician’s office, home health, critical care, ER).
- Skilled in clinical assessment, determining medical attention needs, and offering self-care advice.
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Office, and typing with speed and accuracy.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and performance evaluation.
- BPO experience as a Team Lead preferred.
