Base Salary: PHP 100,000.00 - 120,000.00
Requirements of the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With 8-10 years’ experience in procurement and bids, and quantity survey of construction materials
- From Real Estate or construction company
- Proven and possess God leadership and command
- Willing to conduct ocular visits to site (Pampanga)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, documenting, and preparing detailed records of additional works and claims for accurate processing, ensuring proper coordination and approval with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the engineering team to prepare detailed material quantity take offs, including reinforcement steel, and track drawing changes to maintain up-to date project documentation.
- Review and verify all quantity schedules against updated "as-built" drawings, obtaining consultant approvals for variances and preparing consolidated reports for stakeholders.
- Assist the pricing team by preparing quantity take-offs from project pricing phase drawings and reviewing consultant-prepared quantity schedules, providing feedback on discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the survey department to calculate earthwork quantities for accurate billing and prepare detailed reports for client and subcontractor invoices related to earthworks.
- Verify subcontractor invoices and quantities for accuracy and alignment with project records, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
