Requirements of the role
- Graduate of any 4-year course, science or health related course is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Account Management is an advantage.
- Account management skills.
- Experience of managing key and corporate accounts is an advantage.
- Agile thinker, flexible and adaptable attitude is a must.
- Willing to report in Makati City and to perform field works.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Focuses on business revenue growth by acquiring new clients and identifying business opportunities and expansion to the existing clients and accounts.
- Manages key accounts, develop and maintains a long-term relationship with B2B clients and its key decision makers/stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for growth in his area of responsibility; and formulates business development plans strategies to ensure success and revenue growth by identifying client needs and offer business solutions that are aligned to the company strategies and internal resources.
- In charge to new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients.
- Actively participates to conceptualize and implement sales and marketing strategies and programs that consistent with long term business objectives.
- Regularly conducts business review to key decision makers and stakeholders.
