Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Base Salary: PHP 40,000
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer concerns and requests for reservations to PMO
- Manage disputes effectively
- Provide excellent customer service
- Utilize knowledge of Building Code (PD 957) in daily tasks
- Handle both horizontal and vertical projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements of the role:
- College Graduate
- Knowledgeable of Building Code (PD 957)
- Experience in either Horizontal/Vertical
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service
- Experience in dispute management
