Requirements of the role
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
With experience in SAP or Oracle
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience in a retail company is a plus.
Amenable to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays in Libis, Quezon City
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payables and receivables
Preparing financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Conducting detailed, month-end account reconciliations
Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
Performing internal audits and assisting with external audits
Ensuring compliance with all internal processes
Preparing tax returns and maintaining necessary documentation
Identifying inefficiencies and improvement in the budget, and reporting on variances
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
