Requirements of the role
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- With experience in SAP or Oracle
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in a retail company is a plus.
- Amenable to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays in Libis, Quezon City
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payables and receivables
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Conducting detailed, month-end account reconciliations
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Performing internal audits and assisting with external audits
- Ensuring compliance with all internal processes
- Preparing tax returns and maintaining necessary documentation
- Identifying inefficiencies and improvement in the budget, and reporting on variances
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
